Is window film legal here in California?
The simple answer is YES! Every individual state has their own laws in regards to automotive window film and California is no different. Here in California the front side windows have stricter requirements then the rear windows. Keep in mind we have large oversized display boards set up at the shop and we will show you what is legal and what is not allowed.

Most window film manufacturers recommend waiting 3 - 5 days depending on what part of the world you're in. Here in Southern California we recommend waiting 2 - 3 days depending on the weather.

The truth is that we perform all the prep work, window film shrinking and sometimes the cutting or trimming of the window film on the exterior side of the vehicle. However, when it comes to the actual installation the window film is installed on the inside of your vehicle.
